 Although it is quality merchandise, anything that was purchased from LTD., Tender Heart catalog, Country Peddler, Wangs and any other such companies, whether you altered it or not, are not allowed at anytime!! Dealers will not be able to supplement their booths with these products no matter how big or small and is prohibited! Everyone that has paid to get into these shows understands and agrees with these rules. EVERYTHING in our shows MUST be hand made, by the person, or persons selling them. NO exceptions or imports!

Directions to facility: Exit 225 off I-380 - Hwy 151 to Main Amana accross from the Iowa Information Center & Theatre / or from Cedar Rapids - Hwy 30 exit Hwy 151/Amana exit. (15 minutes from Cedar Rapids)

*** Installation and Removal of Exhibits: 1. No Exhibit is to be installed prior to full payment. 2. Installation & removal at exhibitor expense.

  1. Move in time is 2 pm -8 pm on Friday, September 28, 2012 and 7:30 am - 8:30 am on Saturday, September 29, 2012. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:00am on Saturday, September 29, 2012 and removed after 3:00 pm on September 30, 2012.
  2. The exhibitor shall not assign or sublet this space to another exhibitor. No nails, screws, or tacks attached to walls or flooring. Tables must be skirted to within 3" of the floor on 3 sides.
  3. Amana RV Park and Richard's Promotions shall not in any way be liable for damages, injury or loss to persons or property sustained by exhibitor and or / his employees or representatives.
  4. Exhibitors will have their displays open to the public: 9 am - 4 pm on Saturday, 9/29/12 and 10 am - 3 pm on Sunday, 9/30/12.
  5. Refunds: All refunds have a $25 penalty. No refunds within 45 days of the show.
  6. Motels: Check internet for motels in Cedar Rapids area. We don't have any rates for this show at this time. Google online for motels in Cedar Rapids.
  7. You, the exhibitor, agree any product that was purchased from LTD, Tender Heart, Country Peddler, Wangs, or any other such catalogues or companies, whether you altered it or not, is not allowed at any time!! Disobeying these guidelines is cause for immediate dismissal from show! Every item must be hand made. No Imports.
  8. No smoking in buildings. No Pets in Booths. No Early teardowns.
