 Although it is quality merchandise, anything that was purchased from LTD., Tender Heart catalog, Country Peddler, Wangs and any other such companies, whether you altered it or not, are not allowed at anytime!! Dealers will not be able to supplement their booths with these products no matter how big or small and is prohibited! Everyone that has paid to get into these shows understands and agrees with these rules. EVERYTHING in our shows MUST be hand made, by the person, or persons selling them. NO exceptions or imports!

*** Installation and Removal of Exhibits: 1. No Exhibit is to be installed prior to full payment. 2. Installation & removal at exhibitor expense.

  1. Move in time is 12 pm - 8 pm on Friday, October 30 and 6:30 am - 8:30 am on Saturday, October 31, 2009. All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, October 31 and removed after 4:00pm on November 1 , 2009.
  2. Amana RV Park and Richard's Promotions shall not in any way be liable for damages, injury or loss to persons or property sustained by exhibitor and/or his employees or representatives.
  3. The exhibitor shall not assign or sublet this space to another exhibitor.
  4. No nails, screws, tacks or tape attached to walls or flooring. Tables must be skirted to within 3" of the floor on 3 sides.
  5. Exhibitors will have their displays open to the public: 9am - 4pm on Saturday 10/31/09 and 10am - 4pm on Sunday 11/1/09.
  6. No refunds on BOOTH SPACE canceled within 30 days of show date (minus $25.00 surcharge)
  7. Motels:In Cedar Rapids-I-380, Exit 17, turn West, all within first quarter mile.
    Clarion Hotel - (319) 366-8671 -(4 Star, full restaurant, 24 hr. pool, 1 or 2 people-$65.00) Heartland Inn - 319-362-9012 - (Pool/cont. brkfst. 1 or 2 persons-$50) Econo Lodge - (319) 363-8888 (Indoor pool and continental breakfast 1 or 2 people-$42.99). Make your own reservation. Tell them you are in a craft show with Richard's Promotions.
  8. You, the exhibitor, agree any product that was purchased from LTD, Tender Heart, Country Peddler, Wangs, or any other such catalogues or companies, whether you altered it or not, is not allowed at any time!! Disobeying these guidelines is cause for immediate dismissal from show! Every item must be hand made. No Imports.
  9. No smoking in buildings. No Pets in Booths. No Early teardowns.
