1. Installation and Removal of Exhibits:
      1. No Exhibit is to be installed prior to full payment.
      2. Installation & removal at exhibitor expense.Move in time is 10:00 am -6:00 pm on Thursday February 7, 2008 unless otherwise arranged and 8:30am-4pm on Friday, February 8, 2008. All exhibitors must be set up by 4pm on February 8th and removed after 4pm on February 10th, 2008. Failure to have exhibit in place and open on time shall work as a forfeiture of monies and the show.The exhibitor shall not assign or sublet this space to another exhibitor. No nails, screws, tacks or tape attached to walls or flooring. Any damage done to the building will be paid by the exhibitor.Exhibitors will have their displays open to the public: 5pm-9pm on Friday, 9am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday. No refunds on BOOTH SPACE canceled within 30 days of show date. Motels:In Cedar Rapids-I-380, Exit 17, turn West, all within first quarter mile.

Aspen has only queen size beds. Make your own reservation. Tell them you are in a craft show with C & R Productions. No smoking in buildings. No Pets in Booths.
