 Although it is quality merchandise, anything that was purchased from LTD., Tender Heart catalog, Country Peddler, Wangs and any other such companies, whether you altered it or not, are not allowed at anytime!! Dealers will not be able to supplement their booths with these products no matter how big or small and is prohibited! Everyone that has paid to get into these shows understands and agrees with these rules. EVERYTHING in our shows MUST be hand made, by the person, or persons selling them. NO exceptions or imports!

*** Installation and Removal of Exhibits: 1. No Exhibit is to be installed prior to full payment. 2. Installation & removal at exhibitor expense.

  1. Move in time is 11 am - 7 pm Thursday, November 22, 2012, and 7 am - 8:30 am on Friday, November 23, 2012. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:00 am on Friday, November 23, 2012 and removed after 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 24, 2012.
  2. Hawkeye Downs and Richard's Promotions shall not in any way be liable for damages, injury or loss to persons or property sustained by exhibitor and or / his employees or representatives.
  3. The exhibitor shall not assign or sublet this space to another exhibitor. No Pets in Booths. No Early teardowns
  4. No nails, screws, tacks or tape attached to walls or flooring.
  5. Tables must be skirted to within 3" of the floor on 3 sides.
  6. Exhibitors will have their displays open to the public: 9 am - 5 pm on Friday 11/23/12 and 10 am - 4 pm on Saturday 11/24/12.
  7. Refunds given until 30 days prior to the show w/ $25 penalty. No refunds within 30 days of show.
  8. Motels: Check internet for motels in Cedar Rapids area. We don't have any rates for this show at this time. Google for motels Cedar Rapids.
  9. You, the exhibitor, agree any product that was purchased from LTD, Tender Heart, Country Peddler, Wangs, or any other such catalogues or companies, whether you altered it or not, is not allowed at any time!! Disobeying these guidelines is cause for immediate dismissal from show! Every item must be hand made. No Imports.No smoking in buildings.
