Dealers will not be able to supplement their booths with these products no matter how big or small and is prohibited! Everyone that has paid to get into these shows understands and agrees with these rules. EVERYTHING in our shows MUST be hand made, by the person, or persons selling them. NO exceptions or imports!

*** Installation and Removal of Exhibits:
1. No Exhibit is to be installed prior to full payment.
2. Installation & removal at exhibitor expense.
3. Protective padding must be placed under all wire display racks to protect gym floor.

1. The exhibitor shall not assign or sublet this space to another exhibitor. No nails, screws, tacks or tape attached to walls or flooring.Tables must be skirted to within 3" of the floor on 3 sides.
2. Move in time is 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday, November 14, 2008 and 6:30 am - 8:30 am on Saturday, November 15, 2008. (Doors close promptly at 8:30 am) All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, November 15th and removed after 3:00 pm. Exhibitors will have their displays open to the public: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday.
3. No early teardowns.
4. Atkins Elementary School and Richard's Promotions shall not in any way be liable for damages, injury or loss to persons or property sustained by exhibitor and/or his employees or representatives.
5. No refunds on BOOTH SPACE canceled within 30 days of show date (minus $25.00 surcharge)

Make your own reservation. Tell them you are in a craft show with Richard's Promotions.
7. You, the exhibitor, agree any product that was purchased from LTD, Tender Heart, Country Peddler, Wangs, or any other such catalogues or companies, whether you altered it or not, is not allowed at any time!! Disobeying these guidelines is cause for immediate dismissal from show! Every item must be hand made. No Imports.No smoking in buildings.
